Terms of service

These terms apply between you and Pecu Nino BV, Gustaaf Baertstraat 42, 8200 Bruges, Belgium (enterprise number 0830.320.097, VAT BE0830.320.097), referred to here as "Bolmaster".

1. What Bolmaster is

Bolmaster is an independent software platform for sellers on bol. We are not connected to, affiliated with or endorsed by bol.com. Bolmaster grants no access to bol and has no influence over how bol awards the buy box, calculates commission or displays offers.

The service is intended for professional use. You confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade or business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens under your account. You connect your bol account with your own API credentials and can disconnect at any time. In doing so you authorise us to retrieve data on your behalf and — once you activate repricing yourself — to change prices.

3. Price changes remain your responsibility

This is the most important clause in these terms.

Repricing acts on rules, minimum prices and cost prices that you set. Bolmaster carries those rules out; it does not judge whether a price is commercially sensible. A mistyped purchase price or a rule with too much room produces a wrong selling price, and that sale is valid.

For that reason:

• Every new account starts with price changes off. Repricing writes to bol only after you explicitly activate it.
• Preview accounts never write to bol, whatever else is switched on.
• We provide dry-run, minimum prices, margin floors and a cap on changes per product per day. Setting them is your responsibility.
• Every applied change is visible with its timestamp, old price, new price and reason.

You remain responsible for the prices shown on bol, including those submitted by Bolmaster.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. Bolmaster depends on the Bol Retailer API; outages, changes or rate limits there can restrict the service. We announce maintenance in advance where we can.

Market data consists of observations at a point in time, not a real-time view. Decisions you base on it remain your own judgement.

5. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions run monthly and are invoiced in advance through Mollie. A trial ends automatically. You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period; periods already paid are not refunded. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Bolmaster in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, loss of the buy box or consequential damage. These limits do not apply in cases of intent or wilful recklessness.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for abuse, non-payment, or use that breaches bol's own terms. After termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel before they take effect.

9. Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the West Flanders district, Bruges division.
